1 large banana, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1 cup oat flour
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Possible toppings: Banana slices, strawberries chopped nuts, maple syrup etc.

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then combine. Cook over medium heat in coconut oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Top with desired toppings!
