Where are you at?

You really want to feel fantastic but you really don’t know where to start or you may know but are not sure how to find the motivation. You have a very busy life and don’t have the time to research everything that may work for you and so many things in the past, haven’t worked. You just want someone to give you ideas that are tried and tested and do work. You would just like the information, someone to answer your many questions and have a lovely time with other like-minded women all at the same time – I can do this!

What problems might you be facing right now?

You may want to lose weight, you may want to understand how to feed your family quickly and easily and still hit your own goals, you may want to understand more about womens’ hormones and different stages of life, you may want to know how to navigate the supermarket without coming out with a trolley full of rubbishy processed foods that aren’t going to do you any good, you may want to know how to reduce your daily stresses, you may want some easy guidance and recipes to help make life and feeling & looking fabulous, easy. There’s so much information around us all on social media, tv, what family and friends say. It’s so bloody confusing and at times just down right conflicting, it really doesn’t have to be that way and shouldn’t be that way – I can make it easy & fun!

What do you need help with right now?

You’d really like to be in a safe, but fun space with friends, colleagues etc where you can listen to relevant information surrounding topics specific to Womens’ Health, Wellness & Weightloss and learn what will actually help you without all the drama and time, as let’s face it, you don’t have much – I can teach you quickly!

How can my workshops help you?

There’s nothing I like more than talking, well I do also love listening which is why I love Coaching and running workshops and groups. I run workshops at various times during the year online and in person. Workshops can also be arranged privately which may suit you and your friends/colleagues even more. Maybe you’d like me to come and chat to you and your colleagues at work or at your toddler group or at your parent / teacher meetings or even just at your home with your friends and family. I love talking with, and helping women to look & feel the best they can be without the masses of time needed away from their lives and families. I’m also super passionate about smashing some of the ridiculous myths around types of food, eating, ’dieting’, exercise and lifestyle in general. There really is so much crap out there that I make it my mission to make it clear, simple and available for all – I can clear the c.r.a.p.!
