What is L.B.T?

In my mind, you cannot beat a good ol’ Legs, Bums & Tums class. Cheesy choons, a few smiles, moves that work for us ladies, you know squats, lunges mixed with a couple of grapevines and hamstring curls, sort of thing. You will work every part of your body but in a safe & effective way.

If you have any injuries or body bothers, I always have alternatives therefore the class IS suitable for all, I’m not just saying that.

I do a mixture of movements on your feet, on your mat and occasionally throw in some band work and some weights (ie. water bottles, I supply them , don’t worry).

It’s fun and it gets the job done. End of!

What is a W.O.W Class?

Fresh air, sunshine (fingers crossed), using the natural elements (and some park benches) to give you an all over body workout, that you don’t even realise you’re doing.

It’s scientifically proven that we can feel happier when outside and the benefits from the walk & talk, using old fallen down trees for step ups and benches for squats, can make it seem like you’re not actually working out. Don’t get me wrong, you still are, but in a fun, relaxed, & beautiful environment.

This might not be something you’ve ever done before, but come and give it a try, it could be your new favourite way to move your body. And there is a lovely cafe for afters – just saying. x

A little more about you:

Where are you at?

You really want to feel fantastic, would love your body to feel healthy & toned and your mind to feel happy. You’d like to work out with like minded women, but you really don’t know where to start or maybe you do but are not sure how to find the motivation. You have a busy life and don’t have the time to research what classes are around that may work for you. You’d just like to go to a class that fits your schedule, is fun, is for ‘regular’ women but gets the job done with exercises that are tried, tested & work. – I can do this, I’ve been a womens instructor for 16 years!

What problems might you be facing right now?

You may want to lose weight, you may want to feel toned, you may want to get your fitness groove back. I understand I’ve been there and back. There’s so much information around us all on social media, tv, what family and friends say about what workouts we should be doing. It’s so bloody confusing and at times just down right conflicting, it really doesn’t have to be that way.  – I can make it easy & fun!

How can my classes help you?

I’ve been every which size, I’ve been to so many classes, I’ve TAUGHT so many types of classes and after lots of all of that, I know what I’m really good at teaching (and what I’m not but let’s not go there). That sounds big headed but I’m not that person at all, I’m a normal woman, living a normal life with all it’s fabulous’ness and some occasional challenges. I teach classes that I know WORK for women.

I’ve been to many classes where the instructor doesn’t look at you, where the participants don’t speak to each other, where there are no alternatives when the exercise doesn’t suit someone. I’ve wanted to all run up to the front and say “I’ll take it from here” (I haven’t actually done that btw). I want ladies to come to my classes and enjoy themselves whilst getting a workout that works and is safe.– I do make it work!
